Trending @Accenture; Which is the best course to switch from operations to IT?

A course on SQL and Database Management Systems can be helpful to grasp for beginners. It will help you to move to DB Roles. Similarly learning some tools like PowerBI or Tableau might be helpful if you want to go into Reporting Domain. Some other options include learning a language like Python or Java etc.

Since i have 13 YOE in operations, will the companies consider the certification skills? Or move to IJP to gain experience then switch? What do you suggest?

If you're good with your learning/ have cleared certifications, able to answer the questions in interview, they will definitely consider you for the open roles. Your experience in Operations will be an add-on that you have worked for these many years in the IT domain.
