Companies don't just see years of experience but skills, projects etc. if it's just PLSQL as Warmglance said i think he is overpaid

Bro, to be very honest, if u have only one skill I think u r overpaid..yeah, don't get me wrong but nowadays the competition has taken another level. See the real world, for a new graduate companies are expecting 4-5 skills with 3-4 hands on projects.

Hence I would say first upskill urself, take some leaves, don't save them like they are gold. Use those leaves to learn new technologies and then start applying, u can easily get 9-12 LPA range with your YOE
