As someone who has worked in 3/4 Big4s I can confidently say that all the Big4s are the same. The reason for that is very simple, everyone in these big4s are from other big4s so the culture remains the same.

12-14 ghante kaam karwaenge aur kya. Big4 me wlb waise bhi accha nahi hai, deloitte has one of the worst. KPMG ke baare me accha sunne ko mila. Correct me if I am wrong
