Which is smart move, encash EL or use them?
Details description why one should or not encash EL would be appreciated

Depends on your situation, if you need money then encash them. If you wanna enjoy life then take those leaves.
But, I will suggest encash them. Reason being managers die in approving leaves, you already have 19 other leaves yearly (7 CL + 10 SL + 2 Flexi) your manager won't even approve that😂

Thanksss. But in my case manager is very very chil about leaves as long as deliverables are done or team members can handle in my absence

You can not encash from end, it will done from system side. As in at the end of financial year, any surplus leaves would be automatically encashed
