Walmart is offering 10LPA fixed + 2LPA yearly bonus + 1.5 LPA equalant RSU(stocks)

Or

Long term on-site to Sweden and stay with TCS

Consider walmart once, because you are getting a hike, being in TCS for next 5 years will bring you to this 10lpa ctc or maybe not. Its good option to switch and take experience there. For growth we must come out of our comfort zone
