Which is better.. Work life balance and job security.. Tcs 16 LPA and Infy 28 lpa
Same kind of companies as others said but trust me my Frnd went to Infy from TCS and it was like hell… he tolerated for a year and he just left it . They don’t respect people like they do in TCS. I know TCS also has such people but it’s less compared to Infy. I would opt to TCS for my mental health

Infy and Tcs has same work life balance so switch to better pay

Go for infy, better than tcs. Management is worse in TCS. In TCS you are treated like labour
It's just 4 away from 100% hike Whats there to think? Jump on to infy with happiness. Tolerate for half of the time you have to tolerate in tcs
2 year with 28 LPA in Infosys is far better than 20 years with 16 LPA in tcs...
Of course choose 16 lpa. After that u will learn how to differentiate between company and lpa's
