Which is better to join, HRBP in American Retail or HR executive in RMG ??

RMG Executives/spocs needs to be all time present at thier work location, if your RMG head is saying you can come once in 4 months, she's lying.

In HRBP, you need to deal with a lot of idiots/over-smarts.

But you'll learn ALOT.
