Which is better to join

I’m having colleagues from Accenture md infosys, they literally ran from work places….according to them it is literally poisoning with toxicity. Comparatively capgemini is slightly better, as the friend works there facing lesser issues…but its is there no doubt after all “ALL SERVICE BASED COMPANY JUST EXIST TO JUICE THE MAXIMUM PROFIT THEY CAN BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER - YOU ULTIMATELY” telling you from my experience. hope this helps :-)
