Which is better? Standard chartered Or pwc

I have received an offer from Standard chartered COE with fixed 20.5. I also hold an offer from pwc deals at fixed 14. My profile Work ex - 2 years, MBA from IIM Udaipur , not a tech guy Can someone help me out in choosing between both keeping in mind culture, role, WLB and exit opportunities 3 years down the line.
