Which is better in terms of job security and work life balance - Infosys or Cognizant?

Currently working for Infosys, have got an offer from CTS. Considering the layoff situation, which is a better bet ?

Worked in both, neither of them is good. But cts is slightly good as per my experience

As much as I have heard about CTS....I strongly believe Infy has much better WL balance....for example...in Infy you do WFO for any 10 days of the month of your choosing....whereas in CTS...it is weekly basis....that three compulsory days in a week. Therefore in infy if u wfo for frist 10 days of a month and then do wfo for last 10 days of next month...then u get almost one month wfh im between. U may easily visit ur home even if it is far off and stay long. This thing u cannot do with CTS
