Both offering 5.5 Lpa HSBC domistic customer support + incentive every 3 months depends on my cibil + night shift allowance, rotational shift

Accenture international inbound sales no target + 1.65 lpa incentive max fixed night shift.

In every big company, the experience depends on the manager. Not just the immediate manager but his 2nd level manager. Meaning, one's manager's manager.
I find most people in GV asking this question as to how this /that company is? The thumb rule for evaluating a company is is it profitable?. The manager is important/deciding factor for big/established companies.

For companies like ola, byjus or any online seller masquerading as "tech company" they are not companies. You join them only for two reasons - the money is good or you don't have a choice.
