which is better for work-life & growth?

Hey folks, I’ve got offers from S&P Global (India) and J.P. Morgan, both for engineering roles. Trying to decide which one to go with, so would love some real-world inputs on:

Work–life balance – actual hours, weekend/on-call? Culture & management – supportive or high-pressure? Career growth & learning – which place helps you grow faster?
