I'm a SACON and thinking about applying for DSE-L1.

Which is better considering the pay and onsite opportunities?

I don't have any issue being a SACON other than the current CTC, I heard DSE needs to maintain high DQ, complete certain certifications, and meet a certain billing rate, how hectic is it?
