Which is better after M.Tech? Phd or MBA?

I have completed my B.Tech in Food Technology with 8.62 cgpa. Later on I went abroad for higher studies but it was incomplete due to some reasons. But, I gained laboratory research experience and currently pursuing an M.Tech in Food Technology. Please tell me which is better?.

MBA, given your field you can try in Agri business or similar specialised courses

If you want to do reasearch, go into academia PhD would be better choice. If you want to work in a corporate role or start your own business MBA would be a better.

PS: If you want to work in a corporate job, many post MBA jobs would be accessible to you post your Mtech also.
