I have 1.1 year experience of WFH . I would suggest WFO anytime .
Reasons :
- you can maintain your me time and work time separately which looks like a small feature but honestly it's the most important in tech . I realised over the years .
- networking : extremely underrated skill to learn . WFH will never allow that if ur from tier 2 / 3 city .
- you become lazy in WFH as time goes by . You might tell , it depends on individual. But , WFO there is no choice . You have to be active . I guess depends on personalities .
So all these advantages from WFO one needs to know before just commenting on banglore traffic .

Networking can also be done more easily on LinkedIn so I don't agree with your 2nd reason.

The 1st one is more like a 'you' problem. I have done WFH for the past 5 years and have had no issues with separating work from personal time.
3rd, I am less productive at WFO. I tend to talk to people more and get distracted compared to WFH. Totally depends on your personalities.

WFO scene is getting bad day by day due to increasing traffic.

Exactly 💯

Consider that 1.4L as a tax for taking a nap in the afternoon, watching TV while working, improved health and freedom from seeing the donkey face of the manager daily or laughing at his shitty jokes.

Depends on your long-term plans and your requirements? Both had pros and cons.
So many WFH jobs drain your energy, no market exposure or not much interactions with colleagues, less growth. WFO has its pros and cons. Traffic, rent etc are top of cons
Which companies are giving WFH now

Four places should be on deny list, Gurgaon Pune Bangalore Chennai

Depends
If you are married then WFO, ghar se kaam kroge to biwi bacche jaan kha lenge😅
if single then WFH, side me tinder me right swipe or aish😉

Isn't the answer obvious i mean!
