Which is better
I am a java backend developer looking to stay on the IC path for the long term and probably get into architecture.
Considering the tech stack, career progression and long term aspects which is better.
YOE 6 TC-Stocks Included
Would appreciate some comments justifying the choice 🙂

SAP has an amazing new campus. Idk if it's 5L worth for you, but the video was unbelievable. Plus I'd pay to stay away from ORR traffic.

Service now is good but stack isn't what u have. , id go for stack

Agree, just weighing in on how bad it can be

Service now is a tier 1 name , enquire from someone if it has java projects or products , probably go for service now and later change the project or kine of business within service now. It is going to make an impact in terms of ur future switches , SAP even though resemble stack , but not as big as service now. If SN doesn't have any kine of products in Java , then go for SAP , else SN

Isn’t servicenow a better brand than SAP? Also potential to get better tc overtime is better at service now is what I feel

I am a bit concerned on the tech stack being heavy on low code solutions and JavaScript at ServiceNow

Okay. Makes sense
SAP has Java backend roles? I thought they didn't and didn't try getting an interview there. Please share your interview experience.

I will say there is not much difference. You should go for the one who values your work life balance more

SN can pay more than 60L for IC3

Someone working in coforge... won't be getting even 20-22 lpa ..so I don't think this is a genuine post

I can only laugh at your ignorance.
