Which is better ? Upgrade via Wings1 or better to switch company

About to complete a year in TCS, I see most of my colleague are opting Wing 1 in Nov Cycle

But I want to get into SDE profiles, so should focus on preparing to switch or prepare for Wings 1

Its way more easy to switch. Wings can give you a better pay but honestly tcs lacks the exposure. Take the risk and switch you won't regret it 😉
