Which is better - be on fluidity list, 14 months salary as compensation OR resign and then wait for three months NP (with no compensation)

This is not fake. I know personally who was in tcs for 17 years and got 17 months compensation. This is excluded fnf. So this is right not fake.

How much is your experience? If you get 14 months salary with proper relieving letter. Its a good deal.

3 months NP VS 12/14 months of compensation ... Do not know what would be written in release letter.

Isn't the 14 months salary the obvious choice? What am I missing here?
