Which is best to join synechron or Rhythmos or onsite in tcs

I have offer of 35L + 1.5 joining bonus in synechron and it have 3 days office 2 day home.

Offer from Rhythmos is 34 L and work form home. But offer letter is yet to be released

Tcs providing onsite in UK as I'm on notice period.
