Which is best amongst EY and KPMG for Internal Audit

I am currently evaluating offers from both KPMG and E&Y for internal audit. While I have my own marks for both of the firms, need your inputs on the following. You may also rate on a scale of 1-10 for the following aspects.

Although both are dogshit but EY is still miles better than KPMG and even pays better despite bad bad WLB

It all depends on the Partner. But usually KPMG is considered the least prestigious among big 4 India
