Which is best Accenture or Capgemini

Hi All,

Actually I have offer from both the company can one suggest which company is best in terms of promotion salary hike work life balance because I am a mother of 1 year twins baby. And Capgemini is offering me good package then Accenture, So in this situation, which company i should join as per my career and personal life balance.
