Which is a better company to join

I see their functionality both the companies are service based, so currently thinking which would be better.

While at the same time PS has a better brand than the other so I want to join so I could get branding to my resume, whereas WFH with a much higher package is little tempting.

  • Treat employees as slaves
  • Less hikes and sometimes no appraisals
  • No growth with random folks joining in.
  • lot of negetive reviews about the company
