Which institute would you choose for leadership/managerial course

Hi all,

I need to enroll in a executive program for leadership/managerial skills to help me grow as a manager.

My company will sponsor Rs.1 lakh for this the rest is on me.

Since I am going spend considerable time on this id like to do a recognisable one. By recognisable I mean Brand value, alumni status, future jobs prospects etc.

If you were in my position which one would you choose?

You can check for ISB but that wont fit in 1lakh budget.

Just saw ISB leadership with AI. I am interested in AI domain too.

Fee is 1.75 + get which is ok for me.

Would u recommend something like this?

My background:

Done with PGDM. Next yr my plan is to lead a team as manager. Hence, need to prove readiness by doing some Learning n Development, as part of yearly key objectives. PGDM is long gone. Need to show am still learning new things

Requirements:

A leadership / managerial online/executive program that requires 1-4 hrs week.
Fee preferably under 1 lakh as that's the cap from my company . Anything extra I need to bear
Brand value matters. Want to be part of alumni network
