- Ayushman has 5L limit per family. It is shared across your full family.
- Organisational insurance is best but it is only available as long as you're part of it. Worst case layoffs may happen so safer side personal is mandatory. Cons: Only 80-90 percent is covered, remaining you've to pay from your pocket.
- Personal is mandatory, take as early as possible bcoz it has 2-3 yrs of waiting period for major surgeries. And take 0 copayment policy.

Yeah but my dad is 64+ now and just for 3 lakh coverage they are demanding for 50+k per annum, I am skeptical do we need to really pay such high amount
