No field has any future except for HRs. They can just about decide and convince anyone and anything no matter how ridiculous it is. I think they can convince companies that AI will take over so they shouldn't use AI.

Hence Go for HRs, free salary. All u need is some English skills, especially negotion and convincing skills

Don't agree in other points like convince or decide .

But I do agree , best job in the world is HR. At least in India.
You get paid 12LPA min, for discussing rangoli design, biscuits for the cafeteria, coordinating interviews. The most stressful day in the life of a HR would be co-ordinating multiple interviews in a day.
