Which domain is good for a career?

Hi Everyone, I have almost 12 + years of experience in mostly operation support but in multiple domains (specifically in L1 and L2 support jobs where you need to monitor alerts or do some basic troubleshooting , managing a small team as a team lead, not more than that.)

For now I am doing cloud operations work, now I am frustrated form this kind of work because I don't get a time to work on real work where I can achieve more in my professional life and get big salary , right now I am having 9 LPA, which is too less from my point of view.

I want a suggestion which career I choose so I can get big salary like 25 LPA and good amount of time to do Business solving work not boring work.

I am willing to learn get out from this hell.

Please advise.
