Which company would you join?

Friend needs help making decision. Also it would be great if folks tell the reason why one should/should not join one of these.

All are bad in work life balance.

Cleartrip should be the one if above 4 options are there. Reasons:

  1. Travel is booming and least likely to be affected by recession
  2. Cleartrip being under Flipkart umbrella should be able to weather the recession storm

What about Groww? Majaority seems to be voting for it. Also, companies like AngelOne and Zerodha have shown profitability in segment so...

Travel, hospitality and tourism are among the most affected industry in recession.

Groww imo. Wlb is okayish there. Pay wise only groww and clear trip are the clear winners (let me know if I'm incorrect because I only know their packages from campus placements). Cleartrip and groww both aren't going away anytime soon. The only reason I'd say groww is because I've heard some of their tech teams are really good which comes with a caveat of a lot of work

My friend is a sucker for learning. She switched in past years primarily for learning and growth. Also, would your recommendation still be same if I replace Groww with Upstox, or AngelOne?

@LegalTimer90 Also she's getting SDET-1 role in Groww and SDET-2 role in Cleartrip

She's thinking of joining company that is stable and wants to work for atleast 2-3 years. She has already switched twice in past year
