Which company would you choose?

Answers would vary a lot across different experience groups. Higher tenure guys would prefer the last option.

Yaar it depends on where you are and whats your need. There are people who work in companies with toxic culture but good pay. On the contrary vice versa is also true.

I don’t wish any one toxic culture and high pay. However

• early careers one can tolerate it
• mid careers one would find stable and decent pay
• late careers one would want great culture and low pay

Further, personally gone through 2 cycles of bad managers, I would take toxic with high pay if the brand name is great, it would help me leverage my career longer.

Currently in a stable company with better than decent pay (Not Z)
