Which company would be better to Join Deloitte india / hCL tech/Capgemini
I am having offers from

Senior consultant Deloitte india with 26 lpa fixed (including gratuity) and including variable & insurance it's 29.1

Lead consultant HCL with 27.5lpa fixed ( including gratuity) + 4 lakh variable. Total 31.5 CTC

C2 manager band Capgemini with 28 lpa fixed + 3lakh variable total 31lpa
Please suggest which one should I join. I am from sap ABAP + successfactor background

Join capgemini, as deloitte is too much pressure, hcl is not employee centric, capgemini is in the middle, having worked for all 3 i can say CG is the least bad in overall 3
