I heard Paytm is profitable now
Only in India adjusted EBITDA positive is announced profit, actual EBITDA of Paytm is 💩 and net profit 💩💯. Many startups are playing with there balance sheets, time will come when they all come under scanner for tampering there balance sheets and results.
By the way alibaba exits from it's entire position in paytm when the stock prices are high lol😂. Anchor Investors leaving and end of the day retailers are 🤡
Byju is the "too big to fail" of the startup world. If byju fails, you will see layoffs in the PE world. They will shove their IPO down retail investor throat no matter what. Just a matter of time. Hope the average Ramu (avg Joe) has learnt his lesson with the likes of Zomato, nykaa, Paytm etc
I don’t think any of these. Too much VC and/or political involvement for them to shut shop.
