Which company will be better to shift with 1 year experience?

I am working in accenture and it is almost one year, and l am working as QA in my project.l want to shift to another company for my better skills and hike.

His choice. Path is not same for everyone right. People have different capabilities and expectations accordingly. I often see this comment demotivating people to apply with less exp. Even all my leads have shifted in just 8-9 months that too serially.
