YOE - 5 years Capgemini, senior consultant role with 16 LPA including 10% variable EY senior consultant role with 18 LPA including 1.5 L Variable Which company is better to join considering work life balance, job security, compensation and career growth?

Work-life balance largely depends on the project you’re assigned to. When you’re early in your career, it’s usually wise to prioritize higher compensation. If you’re prepared for a challenging environment, I’d recommend choosing EY. BTW, what’s your tech stack ?
