Which company to join Deloitte USI or Empower

Which company is best to join Deloitte USI or Empower Which has better wlb and how about usage of skills If I have abc skills then do empower use it or they ask you to work on something else Empower giving permanent WFH but deloitte usi not sure Pay is same in both companies I want good wlb and work on the skills I know Which is better
