Is it compulsory to be from tech bg to get these jobs? CAN a bharm grad with 2 yr gap learn this tech stack and get a job ,also at the time of switch do firms check education bg ?
Yes, a through background verification is carried out in the process of hiring . Some companies might ask you to have relevant educational experience and some might not, and may hire you solely on your skills
