Which company to join

I am .Net full stack developer with 3.9 years experience.

I got 2 offers

Optum : 13.6fixed (15.5Lpa) EY: 15 fixed(18lpa)

In optum its a support project and i am being told that in first 5 months i may not receive dev work there. I am not sure if i can trust the manager

In Ey its developer work technical consulting role. But in reviews i saw the work life balance is not great. Is this same for developer roles too or just the accounting side.

Can anyone suggest which is better in both
