Which Company to Join?

Hello Currently I have an offer of two company's LTIMindtree and HCLTechnologies. I have 6 YOE and they both are offering 23LPA of which 21L fixed and 2L variable. Which one to join and why? It would ne really helpful as my joining is 1st October 2025.
