Which company to Join?

I am a frontend developer from accenture from hyderabad and I have on offer from bajaj finserv as Senior Software Engineer. Comp - 18LPA, 1L JB(2nd month 50k and 13th month 50k) 4days WFO, Alternate saturdays working days, hectic work culture, buy my own laptop of 1.5L.

Another offer with blend360 which is a consulting company. Comp- 19LPA, 1L JB in 4th month, 1L retention bonus 5days WFH, Fully remote, Work for US clients. Not sure of Job security once project is done for one client. Currently they're hiring for franklin templeton client.

I have to pay for my family expenses in hyd which is 60k. Im planning to switch to big tech companies next year at any cost. I wonder if joining bajaj would be helpful in that aspect for CV shortlisting im big tech. Shall I ask bajaj for counter offer and join? If yes, how much? Im confused what to do. Its job security with bajaj vs freedom with blend. Pls drop your opinions.
