Which company to choose : NTT Data or PwC India

I'm an automation engineer based out of Kolkata with 7 years of Exp. Should i join PWC India in kolkata location or NTT data with the location mentioned as Bangalore but remote work the only catch with NTT data is that i will have to travel to bangalore every few months on my own money and login to their office for a few days The fixed salary of both is similar but NTT is giving 10% more and PWC is giving a joining bonus which is equal to the difference between both the packages but that joining bonus will obviously be one time and overall i will have around 10% lesser salary with pwc if i join there given all these factors and with the culture/policies of each company in mind, please give your suggestions.
