Which company to choose?

Which company should I go for deloitte, tcs , cognizant, ey or capgemini. I got hired for a data engineer position. I am looking for job security and a good work life balance.

Please advise.

WLB and job security- TCS Big 4 dream - Deloitte USI. I m assuming you have offer from deloitte USI. Capgemini - out of box for me. But it’s good for data engineers

If you are indeed just looking for job security and WLB (as u mentioned) then join TCS but later don't crib that money is too less
