Which company to choose?

I’m considering a job change and have received offers from three multinational corporations (MNCs) for a senior workday consultant role. The salary is 24 lakhs per annum, and the experience requirement is 8.3 years. This position is for the AMS role.

However, I also received an offer for an implementation project. They are providing me with time and absence certification as well. The package is the same, but for the initial six months, I’ll have to relocate to another state and work in the company. After that, the role will become remote.

I’m completely confused about which option to choose. I’m not sure if I can convince my parents to allow me to relocate.
