Which company to choose?
Currently in Bangalore 11 yoe Not mentioning package as i don’t want the decision based on salary. I am looking for better work life and culture.
Salary is somewhat similar in terms of base. 1-2 lakhs here or there.
Gs and jpmc has work purely on java backend. In Bp work is mostly on js, react and other lang but not purely java.
British Petroleum - Staff Eng - Pune
Goldman Sachs - VP - Bangalore
JPMC - VP - Bangalore

Wait a minute . You mention the roles are VP level but the tech stack is Java , js , react. I assumed VP's don't code?? And they are more management focused??

I think VP also has multiple level as told by HR, i will go as IC
