Turing is extremely unstable based on online reviews, talk to its existing employees please before choosing it, they pay well but I've heard horror stories of them laying off employees within months of hiring them

Yeah thanks. But it's not pure LLM work. It's training HITL (Human In The Loop) to provide quality training data for LLMs. It's operations + Project Management kinda role at Turing.
