Which company should I join?
Exp: 10 years Location: Pune All are offering similar fixed component (24-25 L) . I am looking for good company policy and work life balance as pay is almost same in all these.
Accenture currently has 1 day in-office a week policy for several locations. The wlb totally depends on the project you are allocated to, for instance I have a lot of workload - working 10-7,sometimes 8 because of the project assigned to and probably because on a L9 role. Others who joined along me are pretty relaxed.

None , go for any product if possible. You will never feel secure because of projects fluctuations and also will not able to commit to something i.e. buying home etc
Variable pay wise Capg is better
