Which company should I join — KPMG or Deloitte?

Hi everyone, I have offers from both KPMG and Deloitte. The KPMG offer is around 3 LPA higher than Deloitte. From your honest experience, which one would be better to join in terms of work culture, learning, growth, and overall career value?

Would love to hear genuine opinions — compensation-wise KPMG looks better, but not sure about the long-term pros and cons.
