Which company should I choose? JP Morgan or Nokia

JP Morgan role is solution analyst - test automation - profile will be manual and automation using Java selenium cucumber BDD

Nokia - Java , selenium, cucumber BDD, cloud , docker , kubernetes (micro services architecture)

Pay is more or less same. JP Morgan is 1 lakh fix pay more.

I’m looking for career growth, stability and work life balance.
