Which company should I choose?

I left becoz they didn’t promoted me this year… and my project was over and for bench ppl they started lay offs so it was a risk that’s why I started finding out jobs outside . my tech stack : azure data engineer

For LTIMindtree i would say there are some good projects but wlb completely depends on which project u get. Also, now they are asking to come to office 2 days in a week and sit for min 6 hrs. I would say try for other orgs, LTI should be last option.
