No company is best, is all I can say. If you are asking in terms of growth join startups. And learn things , work pressure will be there so will learnings be. If you are thinking in terms of safest place as in less chance of layoff, join banks. They have less chance of layoff personal opinion. If you are thinking chill Iife, join some mnc.
