Which company is good interms of Growth..

Guys, I am currently in Capgemini but wanted to say the growth is at low rate. Your careers are at stake if you look for growth here. The good thing is work life balance, culture of the company & clients are good as well.

I wanted to understand how about it is at Cognizant & others in the list. What are your thoughts? Please don't just blindly vote on this
