No, putting out a point where the lady is absolutely right about the period leave, however, sadly the women and men included don't even get the perks in their organisations mentioned at the starting.

Aren't there many companies which give you unlimited sick leave? Afaik Flipkart, DE Shaw have this rule. However in case of FK being a desi co at heart availing these leaves is a problem as it is totally dependent on the manager.

No you'll be surprised to know how much people struggle to get one sick leave! And yes even if you take a portal to manage people, you will still have to ask your manager.
