Which company is better to join ?

  1. Delottie usi (1 month 10 days joining date delay)
  2. Tech M (Tech specialist) 3)Ltimindtree (p3) Tech stack: Java full stack YOE : 5+

Three companies are offering same package. Which is better to join as i have already left my current company. Delottie USI is providing more benefits but joining date is too long. Which company have better Work life balance ?

There is no job security how you say no problem in ltim did you check your mail box how many emails we get for internal opportunities they not give this to internal employees they hiring new people from outside

Join ltim as it has 3 month probation and doesn't blacklist on exit during probation unlike techm. Join ltim take salary of 1 month then resign effective immediately and join Deloitte usi.
